Orders must be sent in on or before the cut-off date. Orders sent after the cut-off date will be accepted.
The last day to send in the photo or scanned copy of the deposit receipt is the day after the cut-off date for us to acknowledge the transaction. If you missed it, your order will not be included in the pre-order batch.
We will contact you immediately once your order/s have arrived. If you fail to reply after five texts, we are entitled to place your order/s in our on hand stocks.
We do not accept any returns. We provide measurement conversions for each design and each pair is actually inspected before releasing.
We only allow exchange for sizes. Exchanges can be done only once, so please make sure of your measurements before requesting for an exchange. Exchanges can be done either by meet up or delivery (via xend).
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us before the cut-off date so we can remove you order from our pre-order list. In case you have failed to do so, you cannot refund the 50% downpayment. However, the deposited amount will serve as prepaid credits when you would like to order again.
